Ah.. but you see the original poster (Bill I believe) didn't say "stale"

A muffin is an artifact that's come up on the CF-Community list. When a
member joins up they get a muffin. At the Community Suite at the mast MM
conference we had a donation of Muffins by Erika, who met her husband there.
It's a 'fun' community thing. A stale muffin is thrown at people who deserve
a bonk on the head.
