before you do that, I would hope that you have put a copy of your website(s) on a test server with CFMX and ran some test. Remember that there are some depreciated tags, cfhttp screwup (mentioned earlier on the list), and other concerns that you might want take a look at. I would't just jump and upgrade a production server.
