How about CF Server 5.0 is the upgrade from 4.0.1 still available for us "slow to adopt" and "you aren't supporting my web server with MX" people?

HomeSite+ is the replacement for CFStudio, and the only way it's sold is bundled with Dreamweaver MX, though it doesn't come in the trial version of DWMX.
