Be aware that this isn't a bug - or even an issue (grin). If you know what you are doing, this could be pretty powerful. For example, if working with a structure in the request scope, something like:
request.moo.jedi.coo.cows.moo.dogs.bark.cats.barf.jacob.lynn You can create a temp ref by using assignment. This will save you a few hours of typing. ;) ======================================================================= Raymond Camden, ColdFusion Jedi Master for Macromedia Email : [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo IM : morpheus "My ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is." - Yoda > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, June 12, 2002 9:52 AM > To: CF-Talk > Subject: re: Absolutly neccesary to cflock session variables > > > Well, it's true...crude. =P > > ______________________________________________________________________ Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/cf-talk@houseoffusion.com/ Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists
