Hi Jim,
Yes.Go to Enterprise Manager
Select the database-->Right Click
-->All Tasks
-->Backup
Select Database - Complete.
Add Destination ( where the back up file to be taken)
Click Ok.
The Backup is created on file selected for backup
In Options Tab See that the Following are checked.
Verify Backup Upon Completion.(It will ensure after backup is completed
successfully).
