I have heard that ablecommerce does something like that, I have heard that
there is an external dll, one would assume that they somehow call the dll to
decompress on call, but I have not heard complete details of it at all.

/r will do recursive directories.  Just double-click on cfencrypt.exe and 
it should pop up a window with all the information, triggers, etc.
