I was just helping someone out on the forums and thought I'd pass this 
information on.

When you're using <cfxml variable="blah"> - you cannot use <cfsetting 
ENABLECFOUTPUTONLY="yes"> -- for some reason, you'll always get the error:

Document root element is missing. 

So... I thought I'd pass this around in case someone's messing with CFXML 
or any XML stuff.
