I joined this list a little late, what exactly is Evolt? I'm assuming its
some sort of opensource CMS but I'm not quite sure.

I just posted Evolt's sourcecode they made available for free on
cosmos so everyone can start dissecting it and see what we like and what we
don't like. There are only about 2-3 people even talking anymore, so I
figure this will get the rest of you interested if we start at something
that is pretty accomplished.
