AFAIK... all you need to do (assuming that CF is installed and running) is to associate the .cfm extension with ISCF.DLL dll that is located in the BIN directory of your Coldfusion installation...
If you have installed the MMC extension of PWS/IIS then is should be a matter of changing the configuration of the default website... if you are just using the PWS gui of the web based inteface then im not too sure of how you would do that...
