Nevermind I got it. Turns out coldfusion is running faster then Windows...ahahahaha. Anyway I had a CFFILE delete the .bat which was running faster then what the bat file could keep up with. So I took your advise steve and created a massive .bat file which then I borrowed Toby's advise to create a file to loop over until its done...
