at work all 30devs use eclipse (we have a choice),
I prefer DW
but use eclipse to keep consistency across the teams

Personally I think DW 8 is more productive for me
and way better by default at css, also dw has a lot of good extensions, I personally find ya can customise it better with all the existing extensions
there is 3 kinds of people who use eclipse
1. people who use it cos its the right tool for them.
2. people who are trying it out
3. people who think its some how elite and if they use it they are elite and cos they think its elite then it must be better then DW.

from an actual writing code and nothing else perspective I prefer DW 8, better colouring, faster. better extensions etc.

but its personal preference.

PS: all you homesite lovers, it died a long time ago and is now crap compared to other products.
