That's what my employer told me when I said I was moving up... that I
had to bring my own water.  About 1500 people per day moving to the
area.  I am a bit concerned about the ability of the infrastructure to
catch up, but I guess if they bring their tax dollars with them, it
will be OK.

All those at the Melbourne User group meeting will attest that I am
not marketing myself for a programmer role.  ;)
