Jeremy, is there any chance that email from them to you is getting stuck in a spam folder on your end? Or that you may have setup a rule to handle their mail?
I'm just saying that not only are they diligent in trying to respond, but now that they know you have a problem they'd be doubly so. :-) Are you sending from your jeremy at circlethree.com address? I'll send them a note asking if they've gotten anything from that address and if they've responded. I don't have any connection with them, other than finding their products very intriguing, so am just trying to help, one developer to another. :-) Having been on the vendor side (where someone was complaining about such a problem trying to "get through" when all should be fine), I understand the frustration on both ends. /charlie http://www.carehart.org/blog/ -----Original Message----- From: cfaussie@googlegroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of <cfgroupie> Sent: Tuesday, August 22, 2006 8:05 AM To: cfaussie Subject: [cfaussie] Re: FusionDebug Support Still no email.
