I have to disagree. I have posted jobs to cfjobs and don't get the same response; I find posting the jobs to cfaussie gets a much better response.
There are 50% more subscribers to cfaussie which is most likely the reason. As for watercooler, I think it's a bit of a waste of time, hardly any members at all and most people still post off topic to cfaussie.
