Yes it means no CFSCRIPT. The reason for this, is that CFSCRIPT is incomplete, I prefer script syntax myself, but you simply can't do what you need in CFSCRIPT you have to swap between tags and scripts, as this is a learning / tutorial website, I thought it better to stick with Tags where every function or action can be done using tags. This is as to not confuse new developers and keep things consistent. I also feel that they are not continuing the development of CFSCRIPT making it a good candidate to become depreciated.
