Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. I don't think CF has the capability in the current release to create dynamic PDF's, if I were you I would probably try using Flex, and use CF as the backend engine, that way you can use the dynamics in Flex and use CF to compile the PDF. Again not sure if that will work as there are other things to consider, you would need to convert to an XDP first, and then auto-generate the file properties to make it a dynamic PDF.
As far as I am aware this is not possible yet, but I may be wrong.
