Hi Andrew,

>> until someone shows me a good enough reason too (sic)

How about wanting 15 rows in the query regardless of whether they are blank or
not..

I have a dynamic book building application in which a book is limited to 15
pages.. I already have the front cover, inside sleeve and back cover set in
stone.. but the remaining 12 pages (rows in the query) are yet to be defined.

I want a dropdown box containing 12 blank rows so the user can pick/pack and
sort those 12 inside pages via javascript. This app is currently in production.

Regards,
Adam

PS. Nice function Steve.

Brett,

That's because 'I' was curious as to why he didn't use ArrayAppend. There
was nothing wrong with my original question.

Steve eventually answered it, and no 'I' still don't see the reason one
would do it that way? But I have that right, until someone shows me a good
enough reason too. Nothing wrong with that.

Sorry Andrew but often your 'curiosity' comes across as purely judgemental
and somewhat condescending. As in "*I* don't understand why you did it that
way or why anyone would ever want to do that anyway, so you should do this
instead and if you don't agree I'm going to keep at you until you do".

From my reading of this thread Steve answered your question at least twice,
*and* put the answer in his comments. Comments!!!

Perhaps you just need to rephrase the way you project your curiosity. All I
know is that I get tired of you continually badgering people and tend to
stop reading threads that I might actually learn something from.
