Free... nope... I wrote the first coldfusion wrapper for webpay (st g's) years ago, but haven't been near it since.
If you have a lazy $500 you can get one here: http://www.pacificfox.com.au/products/st-george-gateway-coldFusion-component.cfm seems a bit rich a price for such a small component. Build one and sell it for $200 a pop...
