I can think of 2 things.

1. That since you are using https (SSL) you might not have your mappings or
virtual host setup for that. Probably you only have them for http (clear).
This would be in IIS not Coldfusion. If this is a shared hosting situation
then you will need your mwn IP address as you cannot virtual host with SSL.
Not that I am aware of anyway.

2. In the CF administrator their is a mapping (Disk Cache Location) for
where charts are placed.  This needs to match the URL.

Another option is to bypass the CF charting and ue the API directly.  If you
search google there are some examples on how it's done.
