My issue was launching the help from Vista or Windows 7. Unfortunately the image I posted didn't pickup in the original email so it was very vague. Here is what was happening: http://tinyurl.com/25lltos
Anyway solved the issue by simply navagating to the help file in the install directory and runnign it manually. Paul.
