Cross-posting technical questions (unlike announcements) is considered bad style on most mailing lists (http://linux.sgms-centre.com/misc/netiquette.php#xpost) I don't think we ever established a policy on it, so it's up to each individual and we won't ban people who feel the need to do it. But if you crosspost (particularly when it's as obvious as to send one actual email to 2+ lists at the same time) don't be surprised to get less answers or no answer at all.
