@Andrew, the error is displayed on the server sending the request, but the jury 
is out on what is resetting the connection. 

@Dale, have you tried it without SSL? And can you confirm the web service is 
not receiving the data and not completing the transaction? 
If you can test this without SSL you could fire up sniffer.exe and watch the 
transaction go back and forth.
