Hi Yorke,

Thanks, I'm giving it a go now. I tried V2 but it has a problem under firefox so I've gone to 1.6 - but no mozilla support at all.

One issue with 1.6 though... When it loads I can't see the actual text until I roll the mouse over the box, and then when it does show up the box that the test is inside is only just big enough for the text, rather than stretching to fit the available area. Have you seen these issues? Maybe I'll stick with V2 and disable it under mozilla...

Thanks again,

Brett

Hi,

I have implemented FCKEditor with CF and it works
wonderfully. Version 2 will be great when it arrives.

Hi,

An old thread I know but I've needed a wysiwig editor and thought I
would give this one a go. But the problem as reported by Ricardo is
still there! The htmlarea forums have some comments about workarounds
but not being very confident with javascript I'm a bit reluctant to
start hacking around in a 2300+ line .js file.

Does anyone have a fix, or some straightforward instructions, to get it
working?

Many thanks,

Brett

Thanks heaps guys,

I decided on HTMLarea, but i have a problem. I am putting it down to
lack of sleep, but..
I just grabbed the form and script from the page and added it to what i
had.

If i type in the field and submit the form, it submits an empty string.
If i type in the field and then switch to code view, (and back..) it
submits the correct html.

Anyone had this problem? I have had a quick look through the JS files,
but can't find anything.

TIA
Ricardo,
