Yeah I like Grant's tool but its totally actionscript centric. I just
got back from a M$ launch of win2003 server and vs.net 2003 with a fresh
copy of visio and thought I'd see what folks were using.. Gonna try out
visio now that I've heard at least one person has found it useful. :)
My only complaints about Visio are the proprietary file format and the lack of semantic integrity checking - in other words, it lets you create nonsense in UML!
My team use TogetherSoft's Control Center (now owned by Borland) but that may be overkill for your needs (although I think there's a Community Edition available). Poseidon and ArgoUML might be suitable alternatives for you as well. Having XMI support is important if you ever need to exchange models with other people...
