I'm using standalone CF 6.0 on Win2k running IIS for the first server and standalone CF 6.1 on Win2k running IIS for the second server where I need to call the cfc from.

Yes It shows me the WSDL. I had the same problem with calling webservice from CF that I created with ASP.
