I use the free wireframe edition of Adalon from Synthis for complex stuff, or things I'll need to show to anyone except other developers. If it's just a "shoot from the hip" type of wireframe to coalesce my thoughts, I use a significantly modified version of the CF-based wireframe tool that Hal Helms, Lee Borkman, et al wrote, version 3.99.
