[CFCDev] Debugging and production

I asked internally and got a very strong message that debugging should 
be turned off in production and that the docs need to be updated to 
make that clear.

Someone want to add a comment to the relevant LiveDocs page(s)? (I 
don't have the reference to hand and I'm in a meeting right now...)
