surveyID gets passed in. No include of published files... it just
generates the survey like any normal CF app would.

  Do you have only one survey active at once?  Or do you pass a
SurveyID 
variable to the one page?

  I'm not trying to be difficult, just asking out of curiosity.  We
took 
the second approach.  Pass in a SurveyID to a single page, and then it

includes the "published" survey files.
