I don't know of a host that supports Mach-II exclusively but at hostmysite.com where I host some of my sites I had them create a mapping to the mach-ii core files and then another mapping to my webroot. I asked them about creating a mapping for mach-ii exclusively so others who want to use Mach-II can just have a mapping created for their webroot, but because there isn't a high enough demand for it they said they won't do it but if more people start asking for it they will.
