It's the message threading ... all these emails with the subject My gmail
invites are gone (nt) are stacked on top of each other in a tabbed format
that they call a conversation. VERY convenient for overviewing a list like
CF-Talk.

And i don't have to archive all those emails anymore. It's really very
convenient.

It's the first webmail client that's actually usable for more than the
most basic of tasks.  And the way they did message threading makes
mailing list traffic must easier to deal with, particularly
high-traffic lists.

Which isn't to say I've thrown Outlook out in favor of GMail, but it
does have some very handy advantages over Outlook.
