I usually add a THROWS attribute to CFFUNCTION, rather than trying to
cram it in the HINT attribute.  I also use Spike's CFC documentation
generator (which includes a bunch of tweaks I've made), and it
processes the THROWS attribute for me into the documentation as a
separate item.
