I know this post adds nothing to the list, but thanks...I didn't know I made your life ;-)  You should thank Jon Block as it was originally his idea and he allowed me to improve upon it.

I want a couple of extra things that I'm adding this week (hopefully) - such adding support for setting defaults in the param code block (instead of hand coding them as I'm doing now)  and auto generation of TOs (if requested).  Just too bad that I can't put a "copy to clipboard" button in there (I could but it would only work in IE...who still uses IE on a regular basis anymore ;-).

Paul - I'll answer your TO question next.
