Sam,   On 9/1/2005 I posted a message to http://groups.google.com/group/CF_COAL that had the code for using sprocs with CRUD screens.  At the time I was using GUIDs for Primary Keys.   I've since gone back to using Identity columns, but you should check out the post I made back in September.
