Luckily, my project is going to be on a dedicated server. I was able to map my model and config directories, and that did work, but wow, what a kludge. :)

I ran into the same problem and my solution was to use cf mappings to map my model directory. Although this worls fine in my case i'm not sure if this is an option on a shared hosting environment. On 3/21/06, Ken Dunnington < [EMAIL PROTECTED] > wrote:Is there a way to change the context in which an event gateway CFC is run? My EventGatewayService.cfc is located in a project folder under my main application's webroot, but when it gets called by the DirectoyWatcher gateway, the context is CF's root, /Applications/ColdFusionMX7/wwwroot which makes it impossible for my CFC to talk to my main application. Is there any way I can make my CFC execute in the same context as the rest of my application?
