I have been following the Application Scope discussion and threading issues
and was happy to stumble across it because an application I inherited has
peoples data jumping from person to person.
Right now I am trying to track the issue and the starting point for this in
an index.cfm which acts as the controller.

Should something like this be scoped locally? Or is further down the line in
the functions themselves?
