Well I didn't find the info on their site.  The subscription to the Edmunds data had already been setup when I joined the project.  You wouldn't know it from their website, but this is a significant business for them and they have an extranet and tech support staff to support it.  They do have a contact us link on their website, so that's probably a good place to start.
