I'm pretty sure the CFCProxy worked on Standard with 7.0 but they killed
it off with 7.01

I'm writing some generic CF stuff, so it has to work on both Std and
Ent CF7.
I had thought it would be a nice mecanism for async CFC calls without
the gateway (a'la Doug Hughes old post), but I think I'm going to end
up trying to go down a different path.
