Changes are the error that is being thrown isn't really telling us what
is really happening.  It's probably more of a side effect error.  There
is probably some hashing of information for quick comparison when the
.class file is created.  I'm not privy to what's going on under the hood
-- so this is pure speculation.  The entire problem is probably not as
simple of the CFC being named the same as the old one.
