Find/Replace in Eclipse is ok, but don't forget about the Search option
- cntrl-H or the menu above.  You can do a search/replace over all or
some files) and you can use Regex with it as well.  I didn't know about
this until somebody else told me about it - so in the end you have what
you have in DW just in two places depending on if you want to use it in
one file (Find/Replace) or many (Search).  The search option also opens
up a new pane for other options.
