DUH! Thanks, everyone. I think that I found the problem.
In my localhost box, I am using an external folder to work on my site. Let's call it "C:/code/augatlanta". In my jrun-web.xml, I have added the resource path of "/augatlanta" to the virtual mapping. So, instead of calling "org.camden.blog.blog", I should have been calling " augatlanta.org.camden.blog". That is now working for me.
