Hi everyone Is a CRUD a type of DAO? I thought a CRUD was a DAO (perhaps I was too literal with this example: http://www.iknowkungfoo.com/blog/index.cfm/2007/10/23/Object-Oriented-Coldfusion--71--A-Basic-Data-Access-Object-DAO) . I've noticed that people use a single DAO for multiple Reads (plus no Updates or Deletes).
By the way: this question is about general CF/OO priciples and not to do with any Framework.
