On the other hand, normally there is very little traversal required, and
context clues like "cfloop query=" provide all the help I need.

Of course, if the code is so bad that you actually do have to roam around to
find a type (enough to where it affects you), then I'd much rather spend
that time fixing the code than bandaging it.

That's just me though. Everyone is free to have differing opinions. =)
