Log:
Explicitly access the first Decl* referenced by a DeclStmt instead of using
"getDecl()." Added a FIXME indicating that the call to
RewriteObjCQualifiedInterfaceTypes() is meant to modifying the type-specifier;
hopefully this will be a little more clean once DeclGroups contain type
specifiers.
