I'd like to see ArgumentsAdjuster replaced with an appropriate std::function 
eventually. As for the name of the compilation database wrapper, I'd better 
change it to something closer to the implementation, than vice versa. How about 
ExtraArgumentsInserterCompilations? Or CompilationsWithExtraArguments?
