The current versionn of Chandler doesn't run on smartphones. Its
resource requirements (both CPU and memory) are just too big to run well.
Your best bet might be a PDA/smartphone with a different application that
has a decent support for calendar syncing standards, so that you can
keep the PDA and the two desktop Chandlers in sync.

People on this list have also had success using Chandler's widget for
the iPhone, but I believe this requires a net connection for all
interaction, which you said you don't want.
