You can follow the directions here to access your data from multiple
computers or via the browser.

Basically, you need to sign up for an account and publish your
collections to the Chandler Hub Service, and then subscribe to them
from your other computers. You can also log into Chandler Hub from a
browser and access your tasks and calendars that way.
