If you intend to migrate everything from iCal to Chandler — if you intend to _cease_ using iCal — then that precaution can be ignored :) First, get your iCal communicating with Chandler Hub If you begin by moving a single event, you'll gain a 'feel' for how iCal presents its connection to Chandler Hub. Two steps, simple: 1. from the Apple iCal list of CALENDARS, select an event 2. drag that event to a collection on CHANDLER HUB. The screen shots below show before and after for a single event. http://n2.nabble.com/file/n1681842/from%2Bthe%2BApple%2BiCal%2Blist%2Bof%2BCALENDARS%252C%2Bselect%2Ban%2Bevent.png http://n2.nabble.com/file/n1681842/drag%2Bthe%2Bevent%2Bto%2Ba%2Bcollection%2Bon%2BCHANDLER%2BHUB.png Judy: after you satisfy yourself that * a single event can be moved, successfully, from iCal to the hub then we can show you * how to migrate everything else, en masse. -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/new-user-tp1679910p1681842.html Sent from the Chandler users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list unsubscribe here: http://lists.osafoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/chandler-users Chandler wiki: http://chandlerproject.org/wikihome
