Hi If you click the 'Clean up' button, does the sort improve? A basic sort, from a click on the heading of the column, may be superseded by criteria other than NOW/LATER/DONE. When an item is 'bubbled' in this way, a circular blue icon may hint the reason for the raise, but I don't see these icons in your screen shot.
