For any crash of Chandler Desktop 1.0.2 or 1.0.3 RC1 for Mac OS X, you'll find a log in your home directory, at: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ and the name of the log file will begin: Python_ Elsewhere in your home directory, at ~/Library/Application Support/Open Source Applications Foundation/Chandler/ you'll find your profile; and in your profile, an .xml file record of feedback to OSAF.
