I am seeing, from the docs, that Chandler is trying to address more "subtle" or complicated to-do situations. But does it also address the simple ones?
I created a note of the form "do that thing you have to do". Later when it was done, I looked for a "Done" button. I am not seeing it. Is there some other idea here that I am missing? I am hoping that I will be able to do the following things: - create a note for a to-do and mark it as done or note done. A "partially done" would be appreciated. - link two to-do notes if one requires the other, or depends on the other. It would be a plus if that relationship creates both a "depends on" and "is depended on by" side in the two notes. - see to-do deadlines as calendar items. If this was automatic, it would be wonderful. I am sure I will find other things I want, but these are a start. If Chandler actually does not address these, please let me know. I am kind of assuming a PIM does do these things, but I may be missing something in the UI. I have not read all the documentation. On the other hand, some things should be obvious before one reads all the documentation. If I would have to read all the documentation before I do something simple, that says something to me. Any questions or suggestions would be appreciated. thanx - ray _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list unsubscribe here: http://lists.osafoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/chandler-users Chandler wiki: http://chandlerproject.org/wikihome
